Sacrament of Baptism

The waters of new life, the light of Christ, and the prayers of our faith community are offered to you at this exciting time.

At St. Mary, baptisms are usually held during Mass so that the Body of Christ can participate. Please call the parish office to discuss your child’s baptism.

Preparation for the Sacraments of the Eucharist, Reconciliation and Confirmation

Sacrament of First Eucharist

At the Last Supper, Jesus instituted the Eucharistic Sacrifice of His Body and Blood to entrust to the Church a memorial of His death and resurrection. It is a sacrament of love and a bond of charity (CCC 1323).

By receiving Holy Communion we unite ourselves with Christ, and share in His Body and Blood to form a single body, the Body of Christ (CCC 1331).

Sacrament of Confirmation

The Sacrament of Confirmation strengthens the grace received at Baptism and seals the confirmed as a full member of the Church.

Sacrament of Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is the opportunity to return to the Father, who will never turn his face from you.

Sacrament of Matrimony

Congratulations on your engagement. Your decision to marry is a sign of love, hope and strength for the faith community.

Six months of preparation is required. Please call the parish office to discuss your wedding.
